About the singer

Born and raised in the city of Maracaibo (Venezuela), Ardib discovered his deep connection to Turkish music in 1998, while at the same time he pursued music lessons in guitar at the Yamaha music academy in the same city.

The amazing music of artists like Nalan, Mustafa Sandal, and Tarkan inspired him, drawing him into the soulful melodies and rhythms of Turkish music. For over two decades, Ardib has used his ability in languages as a tool to perfecting his pronunciation by listening to Turkish songs, even though he doesn’t yet speak the language fluently yet.

His dedication to Turkish music has fueled his desire to learn the language fully and one day experience Turkey in person.

Blending traditional Turkish music with modern pop and dance beats, Ardib’s style is a vibrant fusion that reflects his eclectic tastes and his deep love for Turkish culture. His music speaks to the experiences of LGBTQ+ individuals, offering a voice to those in same-gender and same-sex relationships, exploring themes like love, freedom, dating, identity, and betrayal.
